LISTENING is a nonverbal communication cue. The way you listen, look, move, and react, tells the person you’re communicating with whether or not you care, if you’re being truthful, and how well you’re listening. When your nonverbal signals match up with the words you’re saying, they increase trust, clarity, and rapport.



In this episode, Nathanael Seers 王鵬程 and Jiu Jian 玖健 will talk about the importance of listening in communication. We will also be looking at the elements of communication and the fact that words are only 7% of communications. Jiu Jian 玖健 will talk about his personal experiences and why sometimes it’s required to break state in conversation.
